Terms and conditions

Please read this document carefully.

These conditions are in force for all Customers since November 22, 2018.

General conditions

1. The Movenergy online store's "Terms and Conditions" apply to all equipment ordered on this website.

2. In case of contradiction or conflict, these "Terms and Conditions" will prevail.

3. The Client must carefully read the "Terms and Conditions" each time he accesses the site.

4. The purchase order is protected by the most modern, efficient and safe security techniques for this business area.

5. Movenergy online store reserves the right, without prior notice, to change and update security procedures.

6. The data collected are mandatory and confidential, intended only for the billing of the purchased product(s) and the dispatch of the order.

7. Despite the security procedures mentioned above, there are risks of using the Internet, over which the Movenergy online store has no control.

8. The Movenergy online store expressly disclaims any responsibility for loss or delay in the transmission of data via the Internet carried out between the Customer and the Movenergy online store.

9. The Movenergy online store's liability for loss and/or damage is limited to the value of the ordered products.

Products and Prices

10. The Movenergy online store offers a wide range of products for sale.

11. The offer for each of the products is limited to existing stock.

12. The Movenergy online store reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to replace or modify the available products, their prices and the conditions presented.

13. If the Customer continues to access the site, it will be considered that he has accepted such changes.

14. All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.

15. Prices are always shown in Euros.

16. Orders on the Movenergy online store can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

17. While browsing the store, you can add to the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button.

18. When you finish selecting the products, you can select the option "Proceed to checkout" to make the purchase.

19. After entering your personal data, you will be asked to confirm them and also to confirm your intention to place the order.

20. Your order will not be accepted and the contract will not be concluded until you receive, by e-mail, confirmation of acceptance of the order by the Movenergy online store.

21. Once your order has been accepted, you will be informed of the reference that will allow you to follow the delivery of the products.

22. Only orders delivered in mainland Portugal and in the Autonomous Regions of Madeira and the Azores will be accepted.

Package delivery

23. The order will be delivered by post to the indicated address, between 9 am and 7 pm on working days.

24. The dispatch period will be, in principle, up to 48 hours and on working days, from the date of receipt and confirmation of payment for the order by Movenergy, except for out of stock, in which an alternative dispatch period will be proposed.

25. Delivery will be made by signing the receipt by any person at the address indicated and who is, from that moment on, responsible for delivery to the Customer.

26. If there is no one at the indicated address, the order will remain at the CTT station in the area of the aforementioned address for 3 working days, after which it will be returned to Movenergy. In the latter case, a new delivery will be scheduled, which will be borne by the Customer.

27. Payment must be made at the time of order confirmation via Bank Transfer, MBway or cash on delivery.


28. Products purchased in the online store are guaranteed for two years, unless expressly stated otherwise. If the items are invoiced to the company or for commercial use, the warranty period is 6 months, unless otherwise stated (Article 921(2) of the Civil Code).

29. In order to benefit from this guarantee, the Customer must keep the invoice as proof of purchase. If the purchased product is defective or defective, you must inform us of the same, informing the number of your order and the description of the malfunction. You will receive instructions with the procedures to be carried out. If the technical verification detects signs of misuse, and/or any problem that may have caused the item to malfunction (eg drop, humidity, etc.) the product will not be covered by the warranty and the customer will have to bear the transportation costs.

Termination of contract

30. The Customer has, under the terms of the law, the right to terminate the contract. If you wish to exchange or return items, you can go to any Movenergy store, or send us an email to vendas@movenergy.pt to request the same, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. All information about the exchange or return process will be provided. Items sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

31. Items must be returned within 14 days after the communication of the decision to terminate the contract and accompanied by the original invoice and the respective packaging in excellent condition. The costs of exchanging or returning the products will be borne by the customer. The products in question, as well as their packaging, must arrive at our facilities in perfect conditions of use, otherwise the customer will lose the right to a refund.

32. After receiving the returned order and all the documents referred to in the previous point, Movenergy will refund, within a maximum period of 14 days, the amounts paid by the customer, without any expenses for the latter, except as provided in points 33 and 34.

33. Movenergy reserves the right not to accept the termination of the contract if the product is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent, namely without signs of having been used or damaged, in which case Movenergy will return the product to the customer. , without any refund of the price.

34. The costs of returning the order will be the responsibility of the customer.

Final dispositions

35. All electronic messages sent when accessing the Movenergy online store, including emails and messages via an Internet browser, will be considered, for the purposes of applicable law, as contractual statements.

36. Movenergy may send the Customer information about new products, promotions or others of interest to the Customers of the online store.

Applicable Law

38. All purchases made on the website www.movenergy.pt are subject to Portuguese legislation.

39. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity.
